What are the barriers to Social Innovation?

A great panel of experts, including +Bernie Goldbach in Cashel Tipperary, +John Kellden Norkopping in Sweden, +Nigel McKinney one of our sponsoring hosts at the +Building Change Trust and +Seamus McAleavey at NICVA in Belfast.

- John notes the problem with the unspoken assumptions at the beginning of any project, which can lead to enormous departures in expectations amongst stakeholders further down the line...

- He also talks about the importance of not stigmatising failure...

- Bernie mentions the need to project an image of 'control' which was central to Steve Jobs' success as a technical innovator can be transposed on to social innovation too.
